Judit is specialized in trauma-informed yoga and offers this practice to whoever needs self-regulation, cultivating a sense of safety, groundedness, and presence in the body during these tiring times.
Some of us may be afraid of being in our body and will need gentle and compassionate guidance into a place that historically has not been safe or pleasant to be in. The goal of the session is self-regulation. It is not just about the good feelings. It’s about being able to tolerate discomfort. It applies to physical sensations as well as emotions. I will guide you to find your resilience. A state where we can feel our anger/grief/sadness while knowing that we’ll be OK or that things could get better.
Suitable for all levels and no prior yoga experience needed.
This session will be held in satellite, warehouse 16 Alserkal Avenue
