Welcome back to Tabkha in a Cup! Haya’s Kitchen is bringing the tales and traditions of Palestine in a cup for you to enjoy on the go. Tabkha is the Arabic word for meal and Palestinian meals represent so many things – comfort, happiness and a whole bunch of flavors.
For October, we’ve got another staple Palestinian Tabkha – Oven Roasted Chicken with Toasted Freekeh, Fried Nuts and Cucumber Yoghurt.
Please note that this meal includes Chicken, grains, nuts and dairy.
Quantities will be limited and will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
Price of the cup will be listed on the day.
