Welcome back to Tabkha in a Cup experience! Haya’s Kitchen is bringing the tales and traditions of Palestine in a cup for you to enjoy on the go.
Tabkha is the Arabic word for meal and Palestinian meals represent so many things – comfort, happiness and a whole bunch of flavors.
For Al Quoz Arts Fest and Reel Palestine, we’ve got a staple Palestinian Tabkha – Oven Roasted Chicken and Toasted Freekeh with Fried Nuts and Cucumber Yoghurt.
Please note that this meal includes chicken, nuts and dairy.
Quantities will be limited and will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
Price of the cup is 70 AED for one portion and yoghurt.
