13 Jan Reading Palestine – قصص فلسطينية
In this workshop, children attending will get to choose a book from Palestine! We will read it together, and then we will have a little fun live performance that they get to practice and present! I know everyone loves games! So we will play a game at the end, and everyone will win beautiful prizes from “Samya Reads”. This session will be in Arabic, but even if you don’t speak the language, we would love to see you there!

For about 15 years, I have written and covered different events in the Middle East as a journalist. In addition to my day time job, I had a passion for children stories; including: reading, writing, illustration, animations, audio productions and much more. After all this time, I realized that every part of our lives has a story, and we need to know how to tell it. For that reason, I have worked on a number of workshops to create a unique relationship between children and books, and give them the inspiration and motivation to tell their stories and express their opinions in their own words.
