Born in Croatia on the Dalmatian coast, and partly as a kid lived in the Greek island of Crete where I fell in love with cooking while I was living with a family that owned a restaurant, where I spend most of my free time. I have finished Culinary high school and university in Belgrade. I was able to travel for work and experience with food in Greece, Serbia, the Croatian seaside and the Middle East. With all the world cuisines that I encountered, I was always coming back to my grandmother’s cooking which is simple but full of flavors.
