07 Jan Collage Art Workshop
Participants will learn to create expressive and beautiful collage pieces in this workshop, using magazine and newspaper paper cut-outs, family photographs, found objects like buttons, cloth, and much more. The instructor will be demonstrating techniques like assemblage and drawing and how these can be applied to create a vibrant mixed media artwork. The art of collage making will help participants develop their visual storytelling and composition skills, which can be used to make moodboards for their future art projects as well. In addition to that, they will take home a passionate and unique collage piece made by them.

Mitali is a multimedia designer and artist (with 6 years of work experience within the creative field in the UAE). She loves creating collage pieces, drawing cartoons and nerds out over design software on her laptop. Working with a variety of media like watercolours, gouache and ink, she takes an open and experimental approach towards her art.
