The traditional breakfast in Nablus starts ff with Kunafa, dessert made with shredded filo pastry, or alternatively fine semolina dough, soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup, and typically layered with cheese, nuts, and wholesome goodness.
Chef Halawa will be making and serving Kunafa all day but particularly for breakfast, with stories about what Kunafa is, where it comes from and the cultural traditional behind it.
