Iftar in Palestine with Omar Odali
Join us for a journey through Palestine with Omar’s unique cooking style. Omar is the proud culinary student of his mother and he will be cooking all of his meals from scratch with ingredients from Palestine. His iftars will take us back to his hometown of Beita. In Arabic, Beita means ‘home’ and that is exactly what he intends to make us feel at his Iftars, at home, in Palestine.
For the first week enjoy the following menu
Appetizers
Freekeh with chicken Soup
Jarjir (Arugula)
Salad with Dates

Please note all our iftars are zero waste and promise a meal for a meal. We need bookings in advance to help ensure that no food is wasted and that every booking provides a meal to someone in need during the holy month of Ramadan.
