Ramadan Kareem and welcome back to Haya’s Kitchen! This Ramadan, join us for a traditional Palestinian Iftar at Haya’s Sufra. Haya will be taking you on a culinary journey around Palestine, bringing family recipes and comforting dishes from the land. Break your fast at the table, get to know some new faces, and listen to the tales and traditions of Palestine.

Ful & Artichoke Salad with coriander & garlic

Oven Roasted Chicken & Toasted Freekeh with fried pine nuts & cucumber yoghurt

Walnut & Cheese Qatayef with sugar syrup

Date Jallab with fresh nuts  

Tea with Miramiyeh    

This is a 4 part experience and includes chicken, nuts, dairy, legumes and gluten. Please note that there are no substitutions available throughout Ramadan.
