Ramadan Kareem and welcome back to Haya’s Kitchen! This Ramadan, join us for a traditional Palestinian Iftar at Haya’s Sufra. Haya will be taking you on a culinary journey around Palestine, bringing family recipes and comforting dishes from the land. Break your fast at the table, get to know some new faces, and listen to the tales and traditions of Palestine.
Iftar menu includes:
Appetizers
Lentil Soup with homemade croutons
Bamiyeh Bil Zeit (Okra Stew in Olive Oil with Arabic Bread)
Main Dish
Msakhan with Oven Roasted Chicken and sumac onions on taboon bread with fried nuts and yoghurt
Dessert
Homemade Walnut & Cheese Qatayef with sugar syrup
Drinks
Teta’s Lemonada with mint
This is a 4 part experience and includes chicken, nuts, dairy, legumes and gluten. Please note that there are no substitutions available throughout Ramadan.

Please note all our iftars are zero waste and promise a meal for a meal. We need bookings in advance to help ensure that no food is wasted and that every booking provides a meal to someone in need during the holy month of Ramadan.
