With over 12 years of experience in Palestine and India, I will be honored to channel all that I have learned into these sessions.

Mohammed Al khatib is a personal trainer, a yoga instructor, and a previous professional athlete that trained to represent Palestine for the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympics as a 400m sprinter. He has been teaching yoga since 2014 with multiple certificates from both Palestine and India. Merging his experience being a a track athlete with yoga, to bring out a yoga flow that focuses on the breath along with building the strength to go with it.
