Meaning meal in Arabic, Tabkha represent so many things in Palestinian culture – comfort, happiness and a whole bunch of flavors.
For Korba, Haya’s preparing a Palestinian staple dish:
Beef & Eggplant Maqloobeh with slow cooked beef, fried eggplant, aromatic rice and fried nuts
Please note that this meal includes beef, nuts and dairy.
Quantities will be limited and will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
