Haya’s Kitchen is bringing the tales and traditions of Palestine in a cup for you to enjoy on the go.
Tabkha is the Arabic word for meal and Palestinian meals represent so many things – comfort, happiness and a whole bunch of flavors.
For Al Quoz Arts Fest and Reel Palestine Opening, we’ve got a staple Palestinian Tabkha – Eggplant & Beef Maqloobeh with Aromatic Rice, Fried Nuts and Yoghurt
Please note that this meal includes beef, nuts and dairy.
Quantities will be limited and will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
Price of the cup is 70 AED for one portion and yoghurt.
