Sanaa Merchant is known for traditional painting themes with a modern perspective. The artist’s practice ranges from ornamental works to modernism in abstract and calligraphic forms. The artist gives various trainings in the field of art and resin for both basic and extensive trainings preparing students to excel in their endeavors. Merchant has participated in both regional and international exhibitions and is also part of the collection building art studio located in the heart of Sharjah, under the Sharjah Art Foundation.
