Discover the transformative power of combining conscious breath with a continuous line drawing, in this meditative workshop. Unlock creativity, self-awareness, and inner calm as breath shapes a flowing, unbroken line — visualizing emotion, intention, and presence.
We begin by reflecting on creativity and setting personal intentions. Guided exercises then synchronize breath and line: each inhale lifts the line, each exhale releases it. Color and texture deepen the experience, and an optional sharing circle closes the session.
